Offering: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, a goal-oriented and brief approach. In addition, to person-centered psychotherapy, reality therapy, cognitive processing training, bibliotherapy, solution-focused brief therapy, breathwork and cognitive processing training. Available to adults, couples and families (includes military, civilian veterans and their loved ones) to prevent and/or cope with mental illness, emotional and/or behavioral disturbances.

My practice consists of a diverse, multicultural clientele from a variety of lifestyles that want to overcome, learn and get back to living life with satisfaction and happiness. Clients have expressed their appreciation of the services received by saying "my marriage has improved because of the communication skills learned", my child has been able to open up in therapy and made changes", "I realize I have to make a change", etc... It has been rewarding to hear a client say "Now I have tools to use" at the completion of therapy services.

Individuals' emotional well-being and self-acceptance are my primary focus. Rebuilding their strength and helping them become aware of the power within themselves to improve their mindset has been an honor and rewarding experience. A person-centered approach that includes the client's opinions, suggestions are part of the treatment plan. What to Expect on Your First Visit:

Allow an hour for the 1st session, all other sessions are 45 to 60 minutes length unless otherwise agree.

Intake forms are email to you to be completed prior to the session, allowing the time to focus on your concern(s).

Parent(s)/Guardian(s) needs to be available and present during session(s) in order to meet with minor(s) (consent must be signed by parent(s)/guardian(s) who have custody of the minor).
